Occasionally, some products may be listed as backordered due to high demand or the specialized nature of production. Below is a breakdown of what that means and how we handle it.

Types of Backorders

1. Made-to-Order Items
Some of our products are made-to-order because of their complexity, cost, or labor-intensive build process. These premium components are not stocked in large quantities. Once your order is placed, production begins immediately. Our goal is to complete and ship made-to-order items within 30 days of the order date.

2. Temporarily Out-of-Stock Items
Other products may simply be temporarily out of stock due to high demand. In these cases, inventory is typically replenished within 30 days, and your order will ship as soon as stock becomes available.
