Order Processing

  • Processing Time (In Stock Products): Orders for in-stock products are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review your order details carefully. If there are any issues, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Product Availability

  • In Stock Products: These items are ready to ship. Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days and shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Backordered Products: If an item is backordered, it means the product is temporarily out of stock but still available for purchase. Your order will be processed and reserved, then shipped immediately once the item is restocked.
  • Pre-Ordered Products: Pre-order items are products that are not yet available but can be purchased in advance. Processing and shipping times for pre-order items depend on the pre-order window, manufacturing lead times, and other factors. For full details, please review our Pre-Order Process.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via standard ground shipping and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
  • International Shipping: Orders are shipped via standard international shipping and typically arrive within 10–15 business days. Please note that we do not ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that international customers (outside the USA) may be responsible for paying additional duties, taxes, or fees as required by their country of residence.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
  • Due to regulatory restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to certain states or regions. Please check product descriptions for any specific shipping restrictions.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, shipping carrier delays, and holiday seasons can affect delivery times.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate and resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact our customer service team immediately. We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
