Refund policy
Retail Customer Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for retail customers. To be eligible, items must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging.
Conditions:

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This includes backordered products.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exclusions: Clothing items that have been worn are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Purchased Directly from Boosted Mentality Motorsports

- Email us at boostedmentalitymotorsports@gmail.com with your sales order number to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
- After receiving your RMA, ship the product to:

- Once shipped, please email us your tracking number.
- Important: RMAs are only honored if the return is postmarked within the permitted 30-day return period. Items that do not qualify will either be discarded without refund or returned to the sender at their expense.
2. Purchased Through a Distributor

- If you purchased through an authorized distributor, please contact them directly to initiate your return.
Distributor Returns
- No Restocking Fee: Distributor returns are not subject to restocking fees.
- Return Process: Distributors should contact our customer service team for return instructions.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled after payment but before shipment may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee (imposed by most payment processors).
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a full exchange is to:

- Send us full details of your request for exchange, including pictures if possible.
- Once your return is accepted, we will issue a method to return your original product.
- Once we receive your original product, we will inspect and if accepted, we will ship you a replacement product.
European Union Customers
For shipments into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn/unused, with tags
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
