At Boosted Mentality Motorsports, we are committed to protecting the integrity and originality of our products, media, and brand identity. The following outlines our Intellectual Property & Use Policy, which applies to all content, designs, and materials sold or published by our company.

1. Original Work Declaration
All product designs, descriptions, photos, videos, marketing copy, and branding elements associated with Boosted Mentality Motorsports are original works created by our team. These materials are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, copied, repurposed, or modified for use under another brand or business name without our express written permission.

2. Misrepresentation Clause
Any individual or business found to be using our intellectual property—including, but not limited to our product listings, descriptions, marketing content, or photos—while attributing the work to themselves or another company is engaging in misleading and deceptive practices. This includes changing the name of our products but using our media or copy to promote them. We reserve the right to pursue appropriate actions to address such violations.

3. Brand Name Usage & Abbreviations

Boosted Mentality Motorsports must be referenced by its full brand name in any and all public-facing materials, listings, or communications. Abbreviating, shortening, or altering our name in a way that could mislead customers or obscure the source of the product is strictly prohibited.

 

Examples of unacceptable use include, but are not limited to:

• Referring to our products under acronyms like “BMM” or other brand-neutral abbreviations.
• Using vague product titles that omit our brand entirely while still using our assets or descriptions.
• Mixing our product name with that of another brand or private label in a misleading way.

These practices not only dilute our brand identity but can also confuse customers who are specifically seeking Boosted Mentality Motorsports products.

If you are selling or distributing our products, you must represent the brand clearly, in full, and without abbreviation.

4. License Restrictions
Purchasing our products does not entitle any party to use our branding, photos, copy, or content in any promotional or commercial capacity unless a separate written agreement has been established. Our content is not to be reused or rebranded in any way that misrepresents its origin.

5. Right to Report and Act
We take intellectual property misuse seriously. Unauthorized use, duplication, or misrepresentation may result in public notice, DMCA takedown requests, formal cease and desist letters, and/or further legal action if necessary.

6. Buyer Agreement Clause
By purchasing any product from Boosted Mentality Motorsports, you are agreeing to these terms and policies. This agreement binds you to respect the original nature of our designs, descriptions, and branding. Unauthorized use or repurposing of our media or content—even with minor alterations—is strictly prohibited.
